  • WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM NOT AT HOME WHEN THE DELIVERY ARRIVES?

    IF YOU ARE NOT PRESENT AT THE DELIVERY AT YOUR HOME OR AT YOUR WORKPLACE, THE SUPPLIER WILL EITHER PUT YOUR PACKAGE IN YOUR MAILBOX OR LEAVE YOU A NOTIFICATION. DEPENDING ON THE ZONE, YOU CAN EITHER RESCHEDULE THE DELIVERY OR PICK UP YOUR PACKAGE AT THE POST OFFICE INDICATED ON THE NOTIFICATION.
